Tarah Ziogas is a Certified Chinese Herbalist (CCH).  She received her formal training through the CT Institute for Herbal Studies.  She also holds a BBA  degree from WCSU and certification from Cornell University. 

She is a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners as a recognized Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP) and also a member of the CT Herb Association Inc.

She was introduced to herbal therapy through a personal experience relating to pregnancy.  She lives in Wolcott, CT along with her husband and daughter. 

Tarah has been successful treating individuals with various disharmonies; chronic and acute.

 

Harmony Herbal Health was created to help others heal naturally with the use of herbs and assist individuals in recognizing there are other options to treat various health conditions. My intentions are to help individuals become aware of the effectiveness natural herbal remedies have in addressing disharmonies, and achieving balance, opening a door to better health.
